SKF Supplying Seals to Indian Railways

SKF AB (Sweden; Stockholm: SKFB; 5251R9N7) has won a contract to supply seals to Indian Railways for rebuilt axlebox bearings.

Valued at SEK20 million (USD $2.7 million), it is the largest bearing seal contract ever awarded by Indian Railways.

The seals will be manufactured locally, at SKF's plant in Bangalore.
