Kaman Aerospace (a division of Kaman Corp.
NASDAQ:

has shuffled senior management after creating a new composites division.
James Larwood is President of the new Kaman division, Kaman Composites. He had been President of
Kaman Precision Products. Kaman Composites includes Brookhouse Holdings composite structures in the UK, headed by
Guy Thomas. Mr. Thomas had been finance director at Brookhouse. The former CEO of Brookhouse, Richard
Thorley, is now Kaman Aerospace Strategy and Development Director, a new position in the UK.
Replacing Mr. Larwood at Precision Products is Dr. John Kornegay. Dr. Kornegay had been
heading up the Specialty Bearings division.
Robert Patterson is now President of Specialty Bearings; he had been the division's VP of Sales and
Marketing. Gregory Steiner, President of Kaman Aerospace, said: "Rob's deep understanding of the bearings
market, established customer relationships, depth of experience, and success in shaping the Specialty
Bearings customer base, positions him to effectively build on Specialty Bearing's world class performance."
Kaman operates two business units: aerospace and industrial distribution. On the industrial distribution
side, no changes were made. Kaman operates nearly 200 customer service centers and five distribution
centers across North America, distributing bearings and power transmission MRO products. The company
also offers an array of value-added design, engineering, and custom manufacturing services.
