Eastern Bearings Acquires Seal Tech

Eastern Bearings Inc. (USA; website; 5251R9N7) announced it has completed its acquisition of Seal Tech Associates (USA; privately held).

Based in Manchester, New Hampshire, Seal Tech was founded in 1977. According to Eastern Bearings, Seal Tech's primary business focus will continue to be facilities maintenance; engineering; and repairs, including pump repairs.

Seal Tech's owner, Sy Sidebotham, died in a traffic accident in April. Mr. Sidebotham was a well-known hot rodder, drag racer, and co-founder of the New England Dragway.
