The U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration, has received petitions to revoke antidumping duties on ball bearings.

As they do every year, antidumping and countervailing duty orders with May anniversary dates came up for potential administrative review. On each anniversary, affected producers may request the Department initiate an administrative review for specific duty orders.

The department received several requests this year to review a number of antidumping orders on bearings. In addition, there were two requests to revoke antidumping duty orders entirely on some bearings.

Following are the Antidumping Duty Proceedings the DOC ITA has agreed to review, the affected company requesting the review. The period of review for all of these duty orders is 05/01/2008 through 04/30/2009.
