The Timken Company (USA; NYSE: 5251R9N7 TKR) has named two aftermarket manager assignments.

Wayne Dyer is now Program Distribution Group and Key Account Manager for aftermarket sales, a newly-created position. He is essentially responsible for overseeing large national accounts and buying groups.

Sam George has been named manager of the Central Region for Timken's U.S. automotive aftermarket. Mr. George will have responsibility for commissioned sales rep agencies and WD accounts in the region.

Both Mr. Dyer and Mr. George will report to Mike Peace, sales manager for Timken's automotive aftermarket (AAM). Mr. Peace was promoted in early 2008, from the position Mr. George now holds.
