NTN Bearing Corp. of America (USA, a division of NTN Corp., Japan) has opened a new west coast distribution center in Sparks, Nevada.

NBCA said the new facility is centrally located to better service industrial aftermarket customers in nine western states. The company already operates DC's in Atlanta, Georgia; Chicago, Illinois; and Smyrna, Georgia.

The NBCA warehouse in Sparks is just off I80, a key west coast shipping corridor, and is also within shouting distance of the Sparks UPS terminal.

From Sparks, NBCA said over 98% of west coast customers will get 2-day standard delivery, and most are within the critical 1-day delivery zone.

Pete Eich, NBCA President, said: "Our new west coast warehouse will allow us to provide better service to our customers in this region. It is important to NTN to be able to ship to all customers quickly, regardless of location."

Sparks stocks a wide range of the company's aftermarket bearings, including NTN, Bower, and BCA.
