CBS, with six locations, is the key distributor of bearings and power transmission equipment in the UK Midlands. The move gives Brammer, "the leading market position in the Midlands."

In early 2007, Brammer extended its pan-European operations by acquiring Fin S.A., Poland's largest distributor of bearings and power transmission equipment. In mid-2006, Brammer acquired Aandrijvingen Ramaekers NV, making it Belgium's largest bearing and power transmission distributor.
