SKF Announces Senior Management Changes

SKF AB (Sweden), the world's largest bearing company, has announced several senior
management moves. All are effective September 1, 2003.
Christer Gyberg, formerly President of SKF Industrial Division and an Executive Vice President
of SKF, moves up to President of SKF GmbH (Germany), based in Schweinfurt.
In addition, Mr. Gyberg will head a new SKF unit, Group Supply Chain and Purchasing. This new unit
will have full responsibility for all SKF Group purchasing, supply chain and Information
Technology governance.
At SKF GmbH, Mr. Gyberg replaces Gunnar Gremlin, who will move to Shanghai to head SKF
Investment Co. Ltd.
Taking Mr. Gyberg's position at SKF Industrial will be Arlik Danielson, now President
of SKF do Brazsil. Mr. Danielsen will move to Sweden and also become a member of the
Group Executive Committee.
