The Proposed Consent Agreement, which INA, FAG and SKF have agreed to, has been placed on the public record for 30 days (through January 22, 2002) for comment. After 30 days, the Commission will again review the Agreement and decide if it should withdraw from the proposed Agreement or make the final Decision and Order.

To make it easier for individuals and businesses to understand and be able to comment on the FTC's position, it has issued an official "analysis designed to assist in the public comment period."
