Accuride International Inc. (Santa Fe Springs, California) has signed a distribution agreement with SKF AB (Gothenberg, Sweden) and the UK branch of SKF Engineering Products Ltd.

Under the arrangement, SKF, the world's largest bearing manufacturer, will be a primary distributor of Accuride products into the UK market. Accuride slides will extend SKF's own product line offerings in linear motion bearings and slides.

Accuride is the world's largest company dedicated to the manufacture of precision ball bearing slides. It has operations in Indiana, California, Germany, Japan, Mexico and the UK. The company recently closed an older factory in Charlotte, North Carolina, citing increased competition from low-end imports.
