Koyo and Mitsubishi Electric Will Build
New Electric Power Steering Plant Near Prague

Koyo Seiko Co. and Mitsubishi Electric will build a joint-venture plant to manufacture
power steering components in the Czech Republic. The company is to be named
Electronic Power Steering Components Europe, s.r.o.
The new factory will be built in the town of Slany, just northwest of Prague.
State agency CzechInvest spokesman Josef Lebl said the Czech government estimates
the joint venture facility will cost USD $26 million.
