Timken Selling UK Tool and Die Steel Operations

The Timken Company (Canton, Ohio) announced that it is selling off the UK tool and die steel operations of
its Latrobe Steel subsidiary. The operations are located in Sheffield, England.
The buyers are local investors who will maintain operations. Timken will continue operating its UK-based
high-speed steelmaking business, Desford Steel.
