U.S. Bearings and Drives Acquires BESCO

US Bearings and Drives (Portland, Oregon), a division of BC Bearing Group (Burnaby, BC, Canada), has
acquired BESCO Inc. (Seattle, Washington).
BESCO, founded in 1944, operates branches in Seattle, Anchorage, Alaska and Fairbanks, Alaska.
BC Bearing Group was also founded in 1944, while the US Bearings and Drives division was founded in 1979.
BC Bearing Group has sales of over USD $100 million, operating approximately 60 locations in Canada, Mexico,
Chile and the U.S. The US Bearings and Drives division operates 13 locations in Arizona, California,
Montana, Oregon and Washington.
