NN Names SKF's Dario Galetti
to Head NN Euroball ApS

NN Inc. (Erwin, Tennessee) named Dario Galetti, formerly of SKF, as Managing Director of NN Euroball ApS.
NN Euroball is a joint venture with SKF (Goteborg Sweden) and FAG Kugelfischer Georg Schafer AG (Germany), formed
in August 2000 to manufacture rolling elements for the world bearing market. NN is the majority owner and operator with 54%
of the ownership. SKF and FAG each hold 23%.
The company operates three facilities, each formerly operated by one of the partners: Pinerolo, Italy (SKF); Eltmann, Germany (FAG) and Kilkenny, Ireland (NN). Employment tops 700 across the three factories, with combined sales in excess
of € 95 million.

Dario Galetti had been Managing Director of the Pinerolo ball plant under SKF and also had been SKF's International
Components Division Balls Director.
