Federal-Mogul Divests Greek
Operations to its Customers

Federal-Mogul Corp. (Southfield, Michigan) will sell its two automotive aftermarket parts
distribution operations in Greece to its principal customer in each city.
A.G. Raskos S.A. of Athens will buy the Athens warehouse and Stylidis S.A. will
buy the Thessaloniki warehouse operation.
