Timken Extends e-Business Site

The Timken Company (USA) has expanded its distributor and customer access to
its Timken Direct site (www.direct.timken.com).
Tom Strouble, Senior VP of e-Business, indicated that Timken Direct offers bearing
distributors and steel customers real-time, 24-hour access to product specifications,
availability, order status and order placement. It currently supports over 1,000
independent distributors through the United States, Canada, Mexico and parts of Europe.
