SKF Acquires Swedish Seal Manufacturer

SKF (Sweden) has acquired Sealpool AB of Landscrona, Sweden, a 33-employee
manufacturer and distributor of sealing systems for hydraulic and pneumatic devices.
Tom Johnstone, President of SKF Seals Division (CR), indicated that the acquisition adds
key competency to SKF's hydraulic application product line.
