NN Ball & Roller is now NN Inc.

NN Ball & Roller (Erwin, Tennessee) announced that shareholders have approved
renaming the company NN Inc. NN will continue to trade on the NASDAQ as NNBR.
President and CEO Rock Baty indicated that the Company decided it was necessary to
change its name to better reflect the diversified range of products it now offers and
its expanded strategic direction.
NN was founded in 1980 as a manufacturer of balls and rollers. It acquired Industrial
Molding Corporation in July 1999 and has since entered into joint ventures with its
largest European Customers, SKF and FAG, in addition to a joint venture with General
Bearing for Jiangsu Steel Ball. The acquisition of IMC, especially, expanded the
company outside their traditional markets into non-bearing industry customers.
