Federal-Mogul CFO Resigns Abruptly

Federal-Mogul Corporation (Southfield, Michigan, USA) announced today that Thomas Ryan,
Chief Financial Officer, has resigned, effective immediately.
Dick Snell, Federal-Mogul's Chairman and CEO, quickly appointed David Bozynski as
interim CFO. Bozynski is currently a Vice President and Treasurer, posts
which he will continue to hold in addition to the CFO responsibilities.
