FAG Expects 1999 Net to Double

FAG Kugelfischer AG (Germany) expects net profits in 1999 to be DM 80 million
(USD $41 million), on a sales increase of 10% to DM 3.7 billion ($2 billion).
The company also reiterated that it expects to finalize its joint venture with SKF (Sweden) and
NN Ball & Roller (USA) sometime during the first quarter of 2000.
