| Position Description |
Individual will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining client relations
with manufacturing companies.
This position will require travel, and detailed reporting and updating.
This position reports directly to the Group Sales Manager and the President of the company.
We are seeking a person with a technical background, including, but not limited to,
manufacturing, metal casting and production.

| Position Responsibilities |
- Weekly customer appointments and visits
- Detailed record keeping and reporting
- Strong ability to interact with people and maintain relationships
- Good knowledge of technical / manufacturing Bronze industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimum direction
- Strong, ambitious, motivated team player
- Skilled in Microsoft Office products, Excel
|
| Experience and Qualifications |
- College degree preferred
- Outside sales experience in the metals industry required
|

College degree preferred
|
| Compensation |
Initial trial period of 90 days with base salary. Includes standard medical and vacation plans.
Full commission will be paid on any new accounts; reduced commission will be paid on possible existing accounts.
Pay commensurate with experience and qualifications.
