| Position Description and Responsibilities |
Current customer duties :
Maintain current customer accounts
Process orders from beginning to completion
Provide quotes to customers
Check status of quotes and answer customer questions
Answer and direct inbound customer calls
Other duties as assigned
Potential customer duties :
Assist with marketing activities
Support external sales reps
Other duties as assigned

| Experience and Qualifications |
Available to work daily at our facility
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Self motivated
Bearing and/or automotive product knowledge is a plus
Required software skills :
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
|
| Education |
High school diploma minimum, Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
|
