C&U has experienced phenomenal expansion since its inception in 1991. Now, the largest private bearing manufacturer in China is expanding its North American presence.

We are seeking motivated performers to join our team as we grow sales of quality precision products for industrial and automotive aftermarket customers.

• Provide bearing expertise to answer customer technical questions and create solutions for existing and new applications
  
  
• Directly interface with customers to clarify the technical requirements of their applications
  
  
• Recommend appropriate designs with supporting bearing calculations
  
  
• Review product drawings and facilitate APQP, sample, and PPAP activity as required
  
  
• Coordinate inspection and failure mode feedback and testing of field return bearings
  
  
• Provide customer technical training to drive business growth
  
  
• Participate in cross-functional product launch, change, or quality improvement activity

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)
  or similar engineering degree
  
  
• 2 years of bearing-related experience required
  
  
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
  
  
• Familiarity with MS Office, APQP, and PPAP preferred
  
  
• Combination of Industrial and Automotive experience preferred
  
  
• Chinese (Mandarin) fluency highly desirable but not required

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or similar engineering degree
