NTN has an immediate opening our Marketing Department for a Market Manager.

 • Develop thorough understanding of demand in multiple markets
    to drive plant production and investment

 • Lead initiatives to adapt business processes to changing markets and customer needs

 • Assist in setting the long-term company strategy and implementing the strategy over time

 • Lead the business plan development process

 • Set product sourcing strategies

 • May also manage a team of market analysts, each of whom is responsible
    for 2-3 target markets

 • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering

 • Experience in the powertrain industry

 • Superior analytic skills

 • Communication and interpersonal skills

 • Able to look at assignments from multiple viewpoints and different levels of detail

 • Organizational and time management skills

 • Leadership and teamwork skills -- able to lead a team of diverse individuals

 • Basic computer skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering
