 • Ability to rapidly create designs for customer applications

 • Knowledge of manufacturing processes to ensure functional and cost effective designs

 • Act as project manager for all assigned programs

 • Work closely and effectively with customers as well as all cross-functional members
    of the "Kilian Team," from design development to production launch

 • Minimum BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or related area

 • Some design and/or manufacturing experience

 • Knowledge of manufacturing processes

 • Working knowledge of AutoCAD or a 3D modeling software

 • Familiarity with auto industry requirements
    (ISO9000, PPAP, APQP) is desirable

BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or related area
