We have an immediate opening for an Application Engineer in our Michigan Automotive Division.

  Position Description
Fulfill the role of lead customer and internal contact for technical issues, APQP and program management related items, while effectively communicating customer requirements to the entire program team.

  Position Responsibilities
 • Provide technical expertise as primary engineering representative

 • Provide technical product skills to customers

 • Effectively relay customer requirements to NTN internal program team

 • Analyze input data, recommend application-specific product design

  Experience and Qualifications
 • BSME or similar 4-year undergraduate degree required

 • Minimum 1-3 year experience in the automotive industry

 • Experience with and knowledge of bearings and wheel bearings

 • Fundamental understanding of automotive powertrain / drivetrain systems

 • Ability to function well in a team environment

 • Strong communications and presentation skills

 • Know and be able to apply appropriate industry standards

 • Knowledge of basic APQP concepts

  Education
BSME or similar 4-year undergraduate degree required
