Mechanical / Materials Engineer

 • Conduct independent failure analysis

 • Determine bearing and/or shaft selection for different applications

 • Provide solutions and implement changes / corrective actions

 • BS minimum, MS preferred: Mechanical or Material Science / Metallurgical Engineering

 • 5+ years of industrial experience

 • Engineer with hands-on experience in bearing systems

 • Working knowledge of life testing, reliability analysis, and materials are important to be successful in this position

 • Understanding of electric motor practice and applications

 • Familiarity with anderometer, roughness / hardness / microstructure analysis a plus

BS minimum, MS preferred: Mechanical or Material Science / Metallurgical Engineering
