| Position Responsibilities |
Sales
This position develops new business using established company strategies, tools and procedures
and cultivates existing accounts in an assigned territory and/or industry market.
We are looking for a person who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. The ideal
candidate will have outstanding communication skills be highly motivated, possess an entrepreneurial
spirit and a strong work ethic.
Approximately 75% of time is involved in activities to maintain and grow business through phone
contact and follow-up activities.
Duties will include:
Develop marketing plans every three months.
Develop weekly schedule of sales activities.
Meet weekly with the Sales Manager to review status of the plan, including progress
and areas to improve. Adjust marketing plan as needed.
Identify the needs of potential customers and prepare proposals based on research
and analysis of various factors. As directed, present proposals to clients, acting as a consultant
and problem solver.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to prospects, reflecting
positive solutions to meet their needs.
Call on existing customers, as needed, to provide customer service.
Identify additional client needs, providing products and services to fill
those needs, where appropriate.
Resolve customer problems in a timely, efficient manner; follow up with customers.
Accountability for achieving sales goals.

| Experience and Qualifications |
3+ years experience in sales, preferably in a strong business development position
Industry knowledge is a plus but not required
Be results oriented with initiative, driven by financial and career opportunities
Be self-motivated and self-disciplined
Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Present a positive, professional, businesslike appearance
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Have computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
A background check is a required condition of employment
