The company is located in Burlington, Ontario, Canada.

| Position and Responsibilities |
We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative.
This position reports directly to the Americas Team
Leader and be based in the sales territory.
The appropriate candidate will have the following responsibilities:
• Increase sales volume and market share of Thordon Products in Northeast USA
• Keep the Americas Team Leader informed of business activities and receive direction as appropriate
• Provide weekly call reports and synopsis of activity and issues
• Support and coach distributor personnel on sales and new business development
• Manage projects and support key accounts
• Implement strategic plan as defined annually
• Develop and present quotations and proposals
• Develop and present Thordon product-training programs to end users and distributors
• Other tasks as assigned

| Experience and Qualifications |
• Post-secondary technical or commercial degree an asset
• Must be comfortable supporting sales through distributors, as well as taking the lead when appropriate
• Knowledge of Thordon products a definite asset
• Must be able to understand and interpret technical drawings
• Computer literate
• Travel as required to accomplish duties

| Salary and Benefits |
Base salary, plus commission, commensurate with candidate / experience
Auto allowance, health insurance reimbursement, all business-related
travel and expenses reimbursement
