We are an industrial product line, distribution based company, which manufactures and imports bearings and ancillary products.

We are seeking an individual to manage the Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Distribution functions for the development, manufacturing, sourcing, and distribution of our products produced by both our domestic manufacturing and off shore vendors.

The emphasis for the future will be sales and new product development.

This is an executive level management position, reporting directly to the CEO.

Travel is less than 15%, some overseas.

 • Full P&L responsibility

 • Direct responsibility for the day to day operations of sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, and distribution

 • Member of the Executive Management Team in developing long range goals, objectives, policies and procedures to ensure company profitability

 • Establish, execute, and maintain accountability for the achievement of specific operational targets (Sales goals, on-time shipments, inventory levels, product costs, quality standards)

 • Develop and maintain a sales representative sales network

 • Develop marketing and sales strategies

 • Ensure effective distribution and logistics through efficient utilization of labor and warehouse management

 • Ensure effective utilization of manufacturing labor to achieve manufacturing cost and production targets

 • Lead and direct new product development

 • Oversee, manage, and develop middle management to achieve company objectives

 • Bachelors degree in Business or related field, MBA a plus

 • Minimum 15 years experience related to the duties and responsibilities of the position

 • Progressive management experience in manufacturing, sales and distribution

 • Experience in leading an industrial product line, distribution based company, with emphasis on sales and logistics

 • Experience in manufacturing with emphasis on lean and pull systems

 • Thorough knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software

 • Strong computer skills with experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

Bachelors degree in business Business or related field; MBA a plus
