| Position Description |
Part of a global company with existing operations in the USA, Revolvo is seeking an experienced
Business Development Manager to develop markets for our unique and successful bearing products.
This is a position with considerable local autonomy, reporting initially to the UK Sales and
Marketing Director, with future prospects to develop into a President role for the North American
operation.
Extensive travel within the U.S. can be expected.

| Key Responsibilities |
Develop and generate sales of split roller bearings to end users, OEM accounts, and distributors
throughout the North American market
Recruiting, training and motivating channels to the market and establishing an infrastructure
to support Revolvo's North American Sales
Gathering and communicating market intelligence
Working with existing management to create and implement a marketing strategy
|
| Experience and Qualifications |
Several years field experience selling technical products and offering technical solutions to end users
Successful track record in national business development of industrial components or consumables,
particularly on the basis of adding value rather than reducing cost
Management and development of distribution networks
Commercial management and negotiation in technical environments
Building excellent relationships with key accounts
|
| Education |
A Mechanical Engineering qualification is desirable
|
