| Position Description |
New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc., located in Chatsworth, California, an established and respected manufacturer
of precision products, has an immediate position available for an Application Engineer.
In this position, you will conduct liaison activities between the customer and NHBB to determine engineering
specifications, design modifications, and other technical matters. You will also assist in bearing
design and systems development.

| Responsibilities |
• Establish and develop strong relationships with assigned customer account engineering groups
• Provide technical support to inside sales / field sales and other internal departments
• Advise the Engineering Department on specific conditions and problems peculiar to each
project to enable them to resolve unusual engineering and design variations
• Design prototype bearings for aerospace, military, and commercial applications
• Coordinate with purchasing, quality control, sales, quality assurance, and manufacturing
regarding new bearing design proposals
• Develop and present technical seminars / presentations to internal and external customers

| Experience and Qualifications |
• BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred
• Minimum three (3) years experience in the bearing or closely related industry required
• Proficiency with Computer Aided Design (CAD) software: AutoCAD, SolidWorks preferred
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes for the metalworking industry required
• Must be U.S. Citizen or Legal Resident Alien in order to comply with Federal Export Compliance regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Access and Excel
• Posses excellent verbal and written communication skills

BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred
