| Description and Responsibilities |
Schaeffler Group USA Inc., a growing global bearing and systems manufacturer, is seeking an Application Engineer
to support our North American Headquarters in Fort Mill, SC, which is located in the Charlotte, NC area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for technical assistance to our industrial customers
in the form of innovative and cost-effective bearing design proposals.

| Experience and Qualifications |
Four year engineering degree - BSME preferred
At least two years work experience
Excellent systems aptitude (SAP experience a plus)
Strong work ethic with ability to work well under pressure
High initiative
Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments, prioritizing appropriately
Strong organizational skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Professional attitude, exercising confidentiality as needed
Ability to work with appropriate sense of urgency and drive for results

| Education |
Four year engineering degree - BSME preferred, and at least two years work experience.
