| Description and Responsibilities |
Schaeffler Group USA Inc., a dynamic global automotive and industrial supplier, is seeking a Sales
Engineer - Linear Specialist to support our West Coast Sales Force.
This individual will be responsible for linear / machine tool sales.
This will include pursuing new business development and new business opportunities with
existing customers.
Moreover, this position is responsible for effectively communicating sales milestones, customer
issues, and product training within company disciplines, and will ensure the company has a clear
understanding of customer expectations.

| Experience and Qualifications |
• Four year engineering degree - BSME or BSET
• At least three years proven OEM sales and/or manufacturing experience
• Excellent systems aptitude (SAP experience a plus)
• Strong work ethic with ability to work well under pressure
• High initiative
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments, prioritizing appropriately
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Professional attitude, exercising confidentiality as needed
• Ability to work with appropriate sense of urgency and drive for results

| Education |
Four year engineering degree - BSME or BSET, and at least three years proven OEM sales and/or manufacturing
experience.
