Investigation 731-TA-989
on CD-ROM
All 62 documents and 3,660 pages on one CD-ROM for $34.95.
In February 2002, the American Bearing Manufacturers Association filed
a petition with the U.S. Department of Commerce and International Trade
Commission, asking for the imposition of antidumping duties on ball bearings
and parts from China, under Section 731 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
After an investigation, Commerce agreed and issued preliminary antidumping duties
on October 1, 2002. On April 3, 2003, Commerce voted unanimously to terminate
the investigation and assign no duties, finding no damage to U.S. industry.
We have compiled all 62 PDF (Adobe Acrobat) documents onto one CD-ROM.
This is an extremely informative set of documents that also contains excellent
information about the current state of the bearing industry.
